Letter of 19 December 1929, to Frank Warner of Philadelphia, inquiring about the possibility that Johnston's mother, Olivia C. Nichols, could be admitted to the Edwin Forrest Home. He indicates that his mother and her sister had played children's parts in shows with Forrest, including Richard III around 1865.
